Australian Dragon Fruit

Striking in appearance, the dragon fruit has a bright pink skin with green scale-like leaves and white or red flesh filled with edible black seeds. It’s lightly sweet in flavour and juicy with a firm texture.

    White Dragonfruit

    Not only does Dragon fruit offer a striking appearance in a commercial setting but its popularity has grown due to its high level of vitamin C and other antioxidants.

    Red Dragonfruit

    While similar in appearance to the white dragon fruit variety - the red alternative offers a higher level of antioxidants and isn’t quite as sweet for our markets that prefer a more subtle flavour.
